Our Elopement Day, held on Valentine’s Day 2025, was nothing short of extraordinary—an event filled with love, generosity, and a shared commitment to supporting SuniKids Dream. What began as a heartfelt idea by Pam, the celebrant behind Ceremonies by Pam, quickly blossomed into something far greater than she had imagined. The overwhelming response to the Weddings for a Cause promotion, with 25 couples eager to participate, was a testament to the kindness and goodwill of our community.

For just $750, couples had the chance to exchange vows in an intimate and meaningful setting, surrounded by their loved ones. This was made possible by three remarkable women—Pam, Bron, and Janine—who selflessly donated their time and talents to ensure the day was seamless. From Bron’s stunning photography to Janine’s breathtaking venue at Karoo Cottage Plants and Nursery, every detail came together beautifully, proving how powerful collaboration can be.

The 8 gorgeous couples who participated were diverse—some celebrating decades of love, while others were just beginning their journey. Yet, regardless of their time together, they all shared one common goal: to create lifelong memories while giving back to children in need.
